MY PROFESSIONAL STORY

I began my professional journey by graduating from the University of Guelph in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics, followed by completing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2019 at York University. I worked for two years on a medical floor as a registered nurse in Owen Sound before transferring to the critical care department and intensive care unit in 2021, where I am currently employed in a full-time position. In August of 2022, I completed my Master of Nursing - Leadership in Professional Nursing Practice at Western University. I have taken my first steps in the nurse educator field in January 2023 as I began working at Georgian College in Owen Sound as a Faculty Simulation Lab Instructor.
